Every reasonable effort is made to operate according to schedules. Safety is our primary consideration. Weather, traffic flow and many other factors may affect operating conditions. Escot Bus Lines is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from conditions beyond our control. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Unscheduled stops are not permitted. Escot Bus Lines assumes no responsibility for making connections or for any charges incurred for alternate forms of transportation which includes missing a scheduled bus return.
No smoking, No Food, No Drinks, No alcohol, No drugs, No weapons or glass containers are allowed on the Motorcoach. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Escot’s driver or management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
Reservations and seating aboard the Casino Connection vehicles operated in interstate, intrastate or foreign commerce is without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin.
We take your privacy very seriously and will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with good commercial practice and applicable law. We collect and retain certain personal information about you (for example your email address) and use this to provide the service you’ve requested, such as to confirm your reservation or reply to a question. We may provide your personal information to organizations directly involved in the update and/or maintenance of this website, including our website designers and technical consultants. This information will be used by such organizations only to perform their functions and/or to provide the service you have requested and for no other purpose. It is not our policy to provide any further entities or organization(s) with your details or information provided to us via this website, unless required by law. If you are an existing customer, Escot Bus Lines may use your email address to provide you with information about promotions and services we think may be of interest to you; however, you can choose not to receive such notices. If the credit card holder for reservations is not you, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have the card holder’s consent before entering any related details, and that such details when entered are true. Other than the foregoing, by using Escot Bus Lines web site you confirm that you will only enter personal information about yourself and that such information is true.
Limit of 2 bags per person + carry on. Passengers are responsible for seeing that their baggage is loaded or unloaded. Do not board or leave vehicle until you know where your luggage is. Passenger name identification must be placed on the outside of all baggage. Escot Bus Lines hereby disclaims all liability for any loss, damage or stolen baggage or personal property of passenger whether caused by Escot Bus Line’s negligence or otherwise. Valuables should be in your possession at all times and Escot Bus Lines assumes no liability for articles left on board in the passenger compartment. Escot Bus Lines is not responsible for camera equipment, jewelry, cash, medication or prescriptions or other valuable items contained in checked or unchecked baggage.
Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, prepaid tickets & authorized vouchers. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. Tickets are valid for the specific purchased date(s) of travel only and not transferable or redeemable after specific purchased date(s) of travel.
If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather; we endeavor to operate service for the rescheduled event from the same boarding points; you will need to check with Escot Bus Lines to confirm service will be operating. If so, we will depart the same number of hours prior to the rescheduled event start (figure what your lead time is for departure from the cancelled event). Payment (same price as the cancelled event) can be made in cash only to the driver as you board on the rescheduled day.
Purchases may be subject to additional charges such as booking fees and fuel surcharge.
